	public relations- write and submit invitation to put in Happenings column in newspaper
	create flyers
	post flyers around town
	set up microphone and speakers on day of parade for the MC
	create 2 banners - "Once Upon a Time" and "They Lived Happily Ever After"
	send e-mail to teachers, board, anyone else
	Call tv news reporter? channel 6 or 12?
	will kids have a deadline for picking their costume?
	set aside days to work on floats/costumes/props,etc
	make a to do list for the day before preparations
	what if the kids carried instruments from our music center during the parade?
